Community Health Improvement Partnership(CHIP) -
will once again offer free fluoride varnish to any of our elementary students who want it. Please return the varnish permission slip to your school. CHIP also asks that all parents please fill out and return to your school the oral health survey you received. This will help CHIP plan future projects in our school. Thank you.
