We require a new application for each vacancy announcement
(certified and classified).
CCSD also accepts applications through EdZapp.

Completed Crook County School District Application Form
Certified Application Supplement
Three Current Letters of Recommendation
Unofficial College Transcripts
Copy of Oregon Teaching Certificate
Resume
Other Materials as Candidate Deems Pertinent
Philosophy Statement
You will be evaluated on your experience and training.
